Filter-wand only requests the information necessary to provide you with the product or service that you have requested. We do not participate in mass email advertising. (We dont like spam any more than you do.) Filter-wand will not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

We ship via US mail or FedEx depending on the best rates for the item. Once your item has been shipped, we will notify you of the date shipped and the carrier used. During shipping the carrier is responsible for all merchandise, Filter-Wand will work with you/carrier if items are lost or damaged.

Our mission is to deliver products of outstanding quality and provide great service. We make every effort to produce quality products with high quality materials and workmanship. The products colors and details may vary slightly from the images on our web page. When you receive your order, if you are not satisfied with any item please contact us. Items can be returned for refund if you follow our returns policy.

Upon delivery the customer assumes all responsibility for the use and care of the product. Although we make a concerted effort to select materials which guard each product from the environment, Filter-Wand makes no guarantee of the product beyond 45 days of original purchase.

Product refunds (less shipping charges) or replacement, with prior approval, may be made within 30 days of original purchase. A return material authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Filter-Wand and be clearly printed on the outside of the package for all returned items. Returns without an RMA will be refused.

Granting of the RMA will be on a case-by-case basis and no refunds or replacements will be given without the original order#, Returned merchandise,and RMA (products must be in original/new condition).
